  61.        The Power Tips package - including all related program files and 
  62.        documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way and must be 
  63.        distributed as a complete package, without exception.  Above, is 
  64.        a list of all files which must be included with the Power Tips 
  65.        package.

  68.        No price or other compensation may be charged for the Power Tips 
  69.        package.  A distribution cost may be charged for the cost of the 
  70.        diskette, shipping and handling.

  72.        The PRINTED User's Guide may not be reproduced in whole or in 
  73.        part, using any means, without the written permission of Scanlon 
  74.        Enterprises.  In other words, the disk-based documentation may 
  75.        not be distributed in PRINTED (hardcopy) form.

  78.        The Power Tips package cannot be "rented" or "leased" to others.

  80.        Scanlon Enterprises prohibits the distribution of outdated 
  81.        versions of the Power Tips package, without written permission 
  82.        from Scanlon Enterprises.  If the version you have is over twelve  
  83.        months old, please contact us to ensure that you have the most 
  84.        current version.  This version was released in August, 1992.

  86.        Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, 
  87.        decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer 
  88.        the licensed program except as provided in this agreement.  Any 
  89.        such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic 
  90.        termination of this license.

  105.        Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to add the Power Tips 
  106.        package to their disk library may do so as long as you have the 
  107.        complete current version.

  110.        on our mailing list for future upgrades to any of our products, 
  111.        please contact us for complete details.  Our address, phone

  119.        Vendor Update Program:
  120.        ----------------------

  122.        Most non-ASP vendors have standard procedures for acquiring new 
  123.        files.  They get them from other vendors, BBSs, etc.  Most
  124.        authors cannot afford to mail disks to hundreds (perhaps 
  125.        thousands) of vendors.  However, some vendors prefer to obtain 
  126.        programs directly from the authors.  If you would like to obtain
  127.        programs directly from us, automatically, then please help us to 
  128.        cover the cost.

  130.        If you would still like to receive automatic updates directly 
  131.        from us, then please take advantage of our Vendor Update Program.  
  132.        Under this program you can receive updates for an entire year for 
  133.        only $5 per program (this helps to offset our costs).

  136.        To receive updates, simply send us a letter with your name, 
  137.        company name, mailing address, the name of the person we should 
  138.        contact (such as your disk librarian), the program (or programs) 
  139.        for which you would like to receive updates, and a check or money 
  140.        order for $10 for each program (Countries outside of North 
  141.        America please add an additional $10 per program).  Payment in 
  142.        U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank only please.

  144.        The Vendor Update Program is available for the following

  150.        All vendors participating in our Vendor Update Program will 
  151.        automatically receive any NEW programs which we may release while 
  152.        their Vendor Update Program is in effect.

  155.        The Vendor Update Program is only intended to help us cover our 
  156.        expenses in those cases where a vendor desires to obtain the 
  157.        program directly from us.  If you have other standard ways to 
  158.        obtain programs, then you may not want to use our Vendor Update 
  159.        Program.
